We encourage users and external security researchers to responsibly report suspected security vulnerabilities. Reports may be submitted to [email protected]. Please include a description of the issue, affected URL/application/module, steps to reproduce, potential impact, and any supporting screenshots or evidence. We review reported vulnerabilities, prioritize them based on severity and risk, and track remediation through our security and SDLC process. Please do not include unnecessary PHI or sensitive customer data in your report.
